Splendid sights of surrey

Surrey is a place that is most enjoyed by its museums. One such museum is the Rivington Place that has a major Locke art exhibition. Another museum is the Army Medical Services Museum that depicts medicines from 1660 onwards, medical equipment, uniforms, medals, etc.

The Bourne Hall Museum informs us about old tools, toys and clothing and their photographs. The Brooklands Museum has the world’s first banked motor racing track and a good selection of period racing cars. Aircraft ranging for the last 85 years can also be found here.

Other museums of interest are the Byfleet Heritage Centre, Crafts Study Centre, Royal Earls wood Museum, East Surrey Museum, Chertsey Museum, Clanton Park, Surrey Heritage, Hatchlands Park, Cobham Bus Museum, Guildford Museum, The Lightbox, Pain shill Park Trust, Leatherhead Museum of Local History, National Rifle Association Museum, Queens Royal Surrey Regimental Museum, Rural Life Centre, Surrey Health Museum, The Watts Gallery, Wings Museum, etc.

Surrey has a number of bridges in the countryside that present a beautiful view. One such bridge is the Walton Bridge. It was built in 1864 and designed by E.T.Murray and it is made of a girder structure on bricks & stone.

Surrey has some of the best gardens and parks, open spaces and beautiful historical buildings in England. You can enjoy visiting the Box Hill, Brockets Farm Park, Pain shill Park, Dap dune Wharf, Ramster Garden, Cherkly Court, Royal Botanical Gardens, Savill Gardens, St. Ann’s Hill and many others.

Surrey Hills has a beautiful natural beauty and is one of the 36 nationally protected landscapes in England. If you are planning to visit U.K. then visiting Surrey is a must. It will be an experience that you will never forget as you will find it enriched with historic connections and stunning scenery and being so near London you don’t have to travel far to visit this place.

Traveling and enjoying UK

There are many ways to see this great country, but one unique way is that you can travel in a motor home and visit and enjoy all the place of your choice. You will have the freedom to visit and stop the place which interests you.

In South East England there are many places of interest. You can enjoy visiting the magnificent parks and gardens in this area of England. The military history has played a very important role and you can experience it by taking a tour around Dover Castle and the Secret Wartime Tunnels where Churchill and Vice Admiral Ramsey masterminded the Dunkirk evacuation. The places where you can pitch your motor homes are Hawthorn Farm, Station Road, Martin Hill, and Dover.

The central part of England is a place full of roads and motorways, but there are many places where you can stop and enjoy the sights. The main sights to be enjoyed in this part of England are the Stratford-upon-Avon, a busy market town, and the home of William Shakespeare. You can enjoy the stunning scenery of the Cotswolds, and the Black Country with its modern architecture right alongside the old Victorian villages.

In the North West England you can enjoy the stunning scenery of the Pennines and the Lake District.
